Biography

William Tushinski, MBA, President

Mr. Tushinski is founder and President of Tri-Tech Health, LLC.  Mr. Tushinski is responsible for the executive, operational, and financial management of the firm.  This includes: strategic planning, capital financing, contracting, and oversight of: statistical analysis and outcomes reporting, and cash management. Mr. Tushinski has over 20 years experience in health care management, accounting, and health care consulting with over 15 years at the executive level.  He has been recognized by the State of Florida as an expert in health care finance and health planning.

Jeff Kitzmiller – Executive Vice President of Business Development

Mr. Kitzmiller’s career has revolved around 16 years of sales and business development. He was an Executive VP at Healthy Advice Networks (HAN) which was later sold to Catterton Venture Capital. In this position, he was responsible for building new business relationships working closely with Big Pharma Marketing executives. Prior to working for HAN, Mr. Kitzmiller was the Senior Sales Director at Verispan, Inc., a subsidiary of McKesson and Quintiles where he sold Pharma Informatics to large and mid-size pharma and medical device clients. As well as the Sales Director for Catalina Marketing. While at Catalina Marketing, he generated millions in sales and helped manage and sell communication products to pharmaceutical and biotech companies. He had previous Regional Sales management positions at Pfizer, Genzyme and Regent Medical/Molnlycke Healthcare.

Michael Richardson, RN, WCC, Director of Telehealth Services

Mr. Richardson is responsible for the management and supervision of the Telehealth call center and coordinates and assists in the integration of all aspects of Tri-Tech's Telehealth services. As a Wound Care Certified nurse he is actively involved in all clinical aspects of the company, including: training, education, protocol development and product formulary. He works closely with I.T. to develop and maintain cutting edge methods of Telehealth communications. Michael has 15 years experience in nursing including emergency and end of life care. He has spent the past four years working with Telemedicine systems. He is a member of the National Alliance of Wound Care (NAWC) credentialing committee and is a subject matter expert for their certification exam.

Dr. Jeffrey Platt, MD, Medical Director

Dr. Platt serves as Tri-Tech Health’s Medical Director providing clinical management for the company.  Dr. Platt has been practicing surgeon for over 30 years.  Dr. Platt has an extensive wound care background and has certifications in both wound care and Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy.  Dr. Platt is responsible for the clinical and medical oversight at Tri-Tech health and plays a key role in the development of clinical protocols, formulary development, ongoing education and quality assurance to with the medical staff.
